North Meadows Extension

Castle Rock, Colorado

Tsiouvaras Simmons Holderness was the prime consultant for the North Meadows Extension project, delivered utilizing the CMGC delivery method. The project team assisted the Town of Castle Rock with a project delivery selection process to evaluate the risk associated with traditional and innovative contracting methods for construction, considering design-bid-build, design-build, and CMGC methods. Through this process, the Town elected to deliver the project under a CMGC contracting method. TSH then assisted with the development of the RFP documents, and the contractor selection was completed in May of 2012. The design scope included roadway, highway, drainage, and bridge design, construction phasing, traffic control and utilities.
