TSH provided construction administration and inspection services for the reconstruction of Regent Drive. Project includes construction of utility, bridge, retaining wall, and related improvements. Representing University of Colorado as the Project Engineer, TSH provided complete services for all aspects of on-site construction observation and administration necessary to ensure conformance to the requirements for CDOT Region 4 and Local Agency Oversight projects.
